Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Facebook)

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion using Meta Ads Manager.
• Set up and optimize paid campaigns (traffic, conversion, lead gen, retargeting).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.
• Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest Meta algorithm updates, policies, and ad trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta performance marketing.
• Strong command over Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Proven track record of running and scaling paid ad campaigns profitably.
• Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategies, pixel tracking, and analytics.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party ad tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
