Job Description

Role Overview:

The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing

high-impact performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, and

TikTok. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of

paid media, sales funnel optimization, and performance analytics, coupled with strong

team management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Identify the best sales channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) based on client objectives and target audiences.
  • Create strategic roadmaps for clients focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms.
  • Ensure high ROI and ROAS for all performance campaigns.
  • Analyze funnel performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

3. Creative & Media Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance.
  • Provide insights on what type of creatives work best for different industries and audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad formats, messaging, and targeting.

4. Competitive Analysis & Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors ads, industry trends, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Leverage data to uncover growth opportunities and insights for continuous improvement.

5. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing specialists.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure skill development within the team.
  • Foster a data-driven culture focused on results and continuous learning.

6. Sales Growth & Client Success:

  • Drive performance marketing efforts to achieve sales targets for new and existing brands.
  • Collaborate with business development and client servicing teams to support pitches, upselling, and client growth

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing performance marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growth for new brands through performance marketing.

Skills

  • Expertise in paid media strategy, media buying, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of different sales funnels and customer acquisition models.
  • Excellent knowledge of ad creatives, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Strong research capabilities for competitor analysis and market insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and performance tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience working with D2C brands and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams.
