Role Overview

Performance Marketing Expert (Google Ads)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end

  Google Ads

  campaigns, Meta Ads (Search, Display, Video).
• Conduct thorough

  keyword research

  and competitor analysis.
• Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign settings.
• Create engaging

  ad creatives

  and write compelling ad copy.
• Perform

  A/B testing

  to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate with the

  Sales and Marketing teams

  to align strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing high-performance

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  campaigns.
• Strong understanding of

  performance marketing, CPL/CPI/CPA models
