Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital acquisition efforts for online UG & PG programs. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that directly impact our admissions pipeline.

You will work in a fast-growing EdTech environment where precision, analytical thinking, and performance ownership are key. If you excel at running Meta and Google campaigns, improving CPL, and generating consistent high-quality leads, this position will give you the platform to make a measurable impact.

The role is based in Noida with flexible hybrid work options.

Responsibilities :

• Create & optimize Meta Lead Ads + WhatsApp campaigns
• Run Google Search Ads (high-intent keywords
• Manage complete lead generation funnels
• Build custom & lookalike audiences
• Plan monthly ad + content strategy
• Coordinate with designers for social posts/reels
• Analyze daily CPL, CTR, leads & performance data
• Run retargeting campaigns
• Deliver daily/weekly reports and insights

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manage
• Experience in Google Search Ads
• EdTech/education marketing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Canva (basic level)
• Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills
• Able to reduce CPL and improve lead quality
