Job Description

Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube,
    Performance Max) and social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and competitor benchmarking to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Conversion Tracking & Optimization:
    Set up event-based tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager for actions such as form submissions, calls, WhatsApp interactions, etc.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-
    through Rate (CTR), and Quality Score
  • Coordinate with landing page and design teams to align creatives with campaign goals and
    conversion flows

Reporting & Analytics:

- Client Communication & Coordination:


- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates, performance summaries, and strategic input - Understand client goals, manage expectations, and proactively address concerns or changes in requirements - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client objectives and timelines - Platform & Industry Awareness: - Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, privacy policies (HIPAA awareness for healthcare is a plus), and emerging digital trends Qualifications: Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong understanding of campaign management, ad optimization, and performance marketing KPIs

Proficiency in tools such as:

- Google Ads Manager

- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics - Google Tag Manager - LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Looker Studio

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client
    handling
  • Collaborative team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
