About the Job We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive (Sales) who has a solid understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and experience in working with CPL/CPI campaigns. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple clients, agencies, and publishers with confidence. Roles & Responsibilities Drive business for CPL/CPI-based performance campaigns by onboarding direct advertisers and agencies. Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from pitching to execution and billing. Build strong relationships with publishers, media buyers, and MMP partners to ensure campaign quality and scale. Work closely with the internal media buying and tracking teams to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns. Use platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc. for campaign tracking and validation. Deliver consistent revenue growth while maintaining traffic quality standards. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing Sales (CPL/CPI campaigns). Understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) and mobile attribution. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Prior experience working in an affiliate network or agency preferred.
