Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description

Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and other relevant performance channels. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data daily, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate). Set up and manage tracking mechanisms, including conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the performance marketing landscape. Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
