Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Underrated Club, you will play a vital role in scaling our paid campaigns and driving high-ROI growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze campaign metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Effective budget management will be crucial as you strive to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Conducting A/B tests, landing page experiments, and funnel optimizations will be part of your routine to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Staying abreast of trends and best practices in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce performance marketing will be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads for e-commerce or D2C brands. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads is required. A proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining ROAS is highly desirable. A passion for fashion and streetwear will be considered a strong asset.
