Key Responsibilities:
◾ Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
◾ Monitor daily performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns◾ Drive ROI-focused strategy across acquisition channels (Search, Display, Social, Remarketing)◾ Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies◾ Analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement◾ Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaign goals◾ Manage budgets, forecast performance, and scale campaigns profitably◾ Stay updated with platform changes and digital advertising trends
Required Skills:
◾ Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Ads
◾ Knowledge of performance KPIs: CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.◾ Analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel◾ Strong copywriting and creative evaluation skills◾ Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment◾ Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
