Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving digital campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and generating measurable results across platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience, high energy, and a hunger to learn, rather than extensive corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Track, measure, and report performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Manage budgets efficiently, with a focus on ROI-driven campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Experiment with growth marketing strategies, A/B testing creatives and ad copies.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with content/design teams to develop campaign assets.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

•⁠ ⁠Be hands-on, available, and entrepreneurial in taking ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a startup or small-company environment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of paid media channels and campaign optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to hustle.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work hybrid: remote flexibility but must be present at office whenever needed.
