Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist/Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI through online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize paid D2C marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.

Key Requirements

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C brands.
• Proven track record in running campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of D2C marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Creative thinking with an ability to optimize ad campaigns effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
