Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing ROI-focused paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-driven, and eager to scale paid marketing efforts to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta), and YouTube.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure campaign goals (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) are met.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing page ideas.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting to improve performance.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC.
• Basic experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Good to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, or Snapchat Ads.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or CRM systems.
