Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting digital transformation strategies for our clients. Your expertise in advertising management skills will be key in managing performance marketing campaigns for diverse business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute digital acquisition activities for mobile apps and websites using various ad platforms. - Manage budgets to achieve maximum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while keeping Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) at an optimal level. - Coordinate with vendors and third-party trackers to meet acquisition objectives. - Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs. - Identify trends, optimize spend and performance based on insights, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience. - Monitor campaign acquisition fraud and implement measures to minimize fraud numbers. - Conduct A-B test campaigns to optimize campaign and creative performance. - Recommend new digital channels to efficiently increase new user numbers. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field with a strong quantitative background. - Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing. - Extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies is preferred. - Proficiency in using digital ads platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads. - Experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns. - Basic understanding of organic acquisition methods such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). - Familiarity with mobile app install fraud methods and monitoring tools like Appsflyer Protect 360. - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and strong analytical skills. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Ability to generate meaningful reports using tools like Google Data Studio would be advantageous. - Experience in programmatic ad buying is a plus.
