Position: App Performance Marketing Specialist / Digital Acquisition Manager (Apps) Location: Mumbai Experience: 49 years in performance marketing or mobile app acquisition roles Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: (Must Have) App User Acquisition: Drive quality installs and app sign-ups through performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (UAC), Meta, Display Ads, Affiliates, Programmatic, and other relevant channels. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across platforms with clear KPIs around CPI, CPA, CAC, and ROAS. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record of executing and scaling app marketing campaigns for Apps across digital channels. Strong hands-on experience with Google UAC, Meta Ads, DV360, affiliate networks, and programmatic platforms. Deep understanding of mobile attribution and analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase, etc.). Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting tracking, SDK integrations, and conversion events. Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns for lower cost-per-install and better retention. Experience working with performance KPIs like CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc. Familiarity with A/B testing, creative testing, and funnel optimization strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Good to Have: Experience in fintech, gaming, or high-growth B2C apps. Knowledge of ASO and organic growth strategies. Experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns.

Product Development & Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Fixed Deposit-backed credit cards, ensuring that offerings are aligned with customer needs, competitive trends, and regulatory guidelines. Lead the journey from 0 to 1, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and experience for new customers, from acquisition to activation. Collaborate with digital teams to develop an integrated digital acquisition journey that promotes frictionless online sign-up and product activation. Scaling the Business: Drive scalable growth through both online and offline channels to maximize customer acquisition and retention. Develop and implement strategies to enhance distribution through partnerships, third-party alliances, and digital platforms. Customer Experience & Digital Transformation: Lead the transformation of the customer experience by integrating digital tools, improving the overall 0 to 1 journey. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience to drive long-term engagement and retention. Extensive experience in managing Fixed Deposit-backed credit cards, including product design, marketing, risk management, and compliance. Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of secured credit products, with specific experience in Fixed Deposit-backed credit cards and credit risk. Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end customer journeys (0-1), focusing on digital onboarding and activation. Proficient in managing P&L, budgeting, and driving business growth.
