? Design and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
? Analyze data across the marketing funnel using various dashboards and tools

? Conceptualize and create engaging video and static creatives for campaigns
? Develop and execute unconventional growth hacking strategies to increase traction and user acquisition

? B.Tech degree from a top institute such as IITs, NITs, NSUT, DTU, or BITS
? Excellent numerical ability and strong data analysis skills (non-negotiable)
? 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven role such as digital marketing associate,
marketing analyst, or business analyst
? Deep knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices (highly preferred)
? Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling ad copies and create marketing
videos
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
