Performance Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of our display & social media campaigns to help drive traffic and maximize ROI on lead generation. He should have a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: End to end management of display and social media campaigns across channels - Google, publishers and affiliates, FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Build social media as a source of high-quality leads within expected costs Introduce & implement the best practices for Performance &digital marketing campaigns. Manage the budget, optimize the campaigns & deliver on monthly lead generation targets Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience strategies. Identify new online marketing opportunities through market and competitor benchmarking. Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. Qualifications: Open (preferably engineering graduates from top institutes). 2 4 years of experience managing lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Google AdWords, social media, affiliates, etc.). Expert-level knowledge of all digital marketing channels like Google AdWords, FB Business and Ads Manager, LinkedIn campaign manager, etc. and data platforms like Google Analytics Strong academic pedigree throughout school, college and post-graduation. Passion for Digital marketing, strong ownership attitude and ability to quickly grasp complex situations. Strong work ethic with high levels of professionalism and integrity. Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with excellent communication skills. Industry – Preferably from an agency setup, executing lead generation campaigns for clients
