Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing campaign performance, and creating marketing content. They will collaborate with the in-house design team and explore new marketing avenues for the app. The role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in performance marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create reports to analyze performance and draw insights
• Work on ideation and creation of short form content for marketing copies and ads
• Collaborate on copy and design process with the in-house design team
• Explore new avenues for marketing the app
• Continually analyze and optimize a variety of online and offline marketing campaigns

Skills & Requirements

Must Have Skills

• 1 + years of Performance marketing / digital marketing experience (Google Ads or Facebook Ads)
• Campaign analysis and optimization
• Marketing campaign planning and execution
