REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of running paid campaigns with
significant ad budgets

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance dashboards.
Utilize proven experience working with e-commerce websites to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver results independently.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
