We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of agency experience who can run high-impact campaigns across Google and Meta. Someone who understands how to manage budgets effectively, optimize ad performance, and enhance landing pages or Shopify stores for better results. Responsibilities: * Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms * Align campaign goals with business objectives * Track and report key metrics using tools like GA and Meta Ads * Run A/B tests to improve performance * Handle ad budgets for best returns * Reallocate spends based on performance insights * Set up and manage Shopify stores * Make basic site edits to improve landing pages * Apply on-page SEO best practices * Coordinate with content teams for better performance of creatives Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field * 2+ years of agency experience in performance marketing * Comfortable with analytics tools and A/B testing * Strong grasp of paid media, CRO, and digital channels * Hands-on experience with Shopify and basic web edits * Good communicator and team player * Able to multitask and adapt quickly Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
