Dash Care is a Men’s Wellness Startup focused on improving confidence and wellbeing for men through doctor-guided lifestyle & wellness programs. We help individuals enhance their personal wellness journey with science-backed guidance, empathy, and privacy.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Meta Ads Performance Marketer who has hands-on experience in scaling D2C/E-Commerce campaigns. You will work on driving leads, conversions, and revenue through strategic paid campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Manage end-to-end performance funnels: Ad → Landing Page → Form → Conversion
• Conduct A/B tests for copies, creatives, targeting & placements
• Manage budget allocation with clear ROI & CAC goals
• Work closely with our content & creative team to develop conversion-focused campaigns
• Analyze metrics using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards

Requirements:

• 1–4 years experience in Performance Marketing (Meta ads mandatory)
• Experience in D2C / E-Commerce lead or sales campaigns
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, audience segmentation & remarketing
• Ability to scale campaigns sustainably while maintaining profitability
• Experience in wellness / healthcare / lifestyle categories is a plus
