• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and share best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in tele sales or a related sales role.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
