Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search & Display), and other paid channels to drive acquisition and conversions.
  
• Build campaign strategies focused on ROI: CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other business KPIs.
  
• Create, test and iterate ad copy, creatives and landing pages in collaboration with content & design teams.
  
• Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze KPIs and deliver actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports.
  
• Implement tracking and attribution setup (UTMs, conversion pixels, Google Analytics) and troubleshoot tracking issues.
  
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximum scale within target ROAS/CPL.
  
• Stay updated with platform changes, bidding strategies and emerging ad formats; propose experiments to improve performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Insights and other analytics tools.
  
• Good understanding of conversion funnels, campaign attribution and ROAS-driven optimization.
  
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable collaborating with content, design and product teams to run end-to-end campaigns.
  
• Creative, experimental mindset with experience A/B testing creatives and copies.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Experience with marketing automation or retargeting platforms.
  
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page troubleshooting.
