About the Role

We are looking for a **Performance Marketer** who is highly skilled in running **Google Ads** and **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads**, with a proven record of driving measurable conversions and leads. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, analytical, and able to manage campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize **lead generation campaigns** on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

* Conduct **keyword research**, **audience segmentation**, and **creative testing** to maximize ROI.

* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance — CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.

* Collaborate with our content and design team to improve ad creatives and landing pages.

* Continuously optimize campaigns to improve quality leads and reduce acquisition cost.

* Stay updated with the latest ad trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

* Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience** running Google and Meta ad campaigns.

* Proven track record of **generating qualified leads** and achieving strong conversion metrics.

* Strong analytical skills with experience using **Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard**.

* Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver results within deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
