Role Description

This is a

freelance, part-time, remote

Performance Marketer / D2C Growth Marketer

with strong experience in e-commerce.You will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for our D2C brand

, focused on international markets (US/UK/EU).Key areas include paid ads, funnel optimisation, creative direction, and data-driven insights.The ideal person is a blend of

strategist + executor

, comfortable with D2C marketing, video-first growth, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

Looking for someone who can:

  • 🔥 Run high-converting

    Meta (Facebook + Instagram)

    and

    Google Ads

  • 🎯 Build and optimise

    D2C funnels

    for sales growth
  • 📈 Suggest

    Shopify CRO improvements

    (strategy only, no coding)
  • 🎥 Guide & plan

    video creatives

    for Reels, Shorts, and paid ads
  • 📱 Support organic growth on

    Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  • 🔍 Provide basic

    SEO recommendations

  • 📊 Analyse campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversions
  • 🧪 Test creative angles, audiences, and hooks for performance scaling
