Aruwa Fashion is a growing women’s apparel and lifestyle brand, focused on delivering high-quality and trendy clothing to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with strong experience in e-commerce and digital marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across, Meta Ads & Google Ads, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.

· Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.

· Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

· Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition targets.

· Develop and execute strategies for traffic generation, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting.

· Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.

· Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and platform policies.

· Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management review.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in the fashion/apparel/e-commerce industry.

· Strong knowledge of e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify).

· Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Email marketing tools, etc.).

· Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage budgets, optimize spends, and deliver strong performance outcomes.

· Graduate Required

Salary Range: Competitive – based on experience and performance.
