About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in Meta/Google Ads, and a deep understanding of digital funnels and ROI-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences.
• Analyze data and generate detailed performance reports.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams for better conversion alignment.
• Track end-to-end funnel metrics and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
• Good understanding of landing page optimization & customer acquisition funnels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data, reports, and insights.
• Kerala-based candidates preferred.
