Performance Expectation

Should have hands-on experience in Performance testing tools like Jmeter.
3 years of relevant experience in Performance testing
Capable of building performance strategy and should be able to build a performance plan
Should be capable of presenting and highlighting the concerns by analysing the performance reports

Soft Skills

Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Creative troubleshooting of technical problems
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
Ability to think outside the box
Ability to work in a team
