Education & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in

    Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration, E-commerce, or Luxury Brand Management.

  • Prior education or experience in

    Fashion, Retail, or Luxury

    is preferred.
  • At least

    one prior internship

    in Digital or Performance Marketing is required.
  • Strong understanding of

    campaign metrics, KPIs, and marketing analytics tools.

1. Social Media & Paid Campaign Management (Meta, Google, YouTube & Display)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

    ,

    Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)

    , and

    YouTube Ads

    .
  • Build and manage campaign structures, define budgets, track pacing, and ensure consistent optimization.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR).
  • Manage and expand

    audience segmentation

    , including remarketing, lookalike, and interest-based targeting.
  • Ensure ad creatives and copy align with ongoing

    brand campaigns, product drops, and launches.

  • Coordinate with design and content teams for timely execution of visuals, videos, and messaging for campaigns.

2. Google Ads, SEO & SEM Management

  • Set up, monitor, and manage

    Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns

    to drive traffic and sales.
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    , write optimized ad copies, and continuously track campaign performance.
  • Implement

    on-page and off-page SEO strategies

    to enhance visibility and keyword rankings.
  • Optimize product pages, metadata, and image tags for search performance.
  • Manage

    Google Merchant Center

    , resolve feed errors, and ensure product visibility across search and shopping networks.

3. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage analytics systems using

  • Present data-backed insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

4. E-Commerce & Shopify Optimization

  • Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and collections on

    in alignment with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain integration between

    Shopify

    for improved visibility.
  • Track product performance and user behavior using

    Shopify Analytics

5. Meta & Google Analytics Performance

  • Analyze campaign results across

    Google Analytics

    to evaluate paid and organic impact.
  • Build data dashboards to summarize engagement, reach, and conversion data.
  • Monitor

    marketing attribution models

    to understand customer journeys and optimize spend distribution.
  • Apply learnings from reports to refine targeting, creative, and audience mix.

6. YouTube & Video Marketing

  • Manage

    YouTube Studio

    by optimizing video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for visibility.
  • Track key metrics such as

    watch time, CTR, and retention rate.

  • Coordinate with design teams for

    video creatives and ad placements

    that align with campaign goals.
  • Support

    YouTube Ads setup, targeting, and reporting

7. Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking

  • Conduct competitor analysis to study ad strategies, targeting, keywords, and messaging.
  • Research new tools, ad formats, and automation updates across

    Meta, Google, and Shopify.

  • Benchmark SDS's performance within the luxury fashion and retail landscape.
  • Identify upcoming trends in

    AI marketing, analytics tools, and automation software.

8. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with

    Social Media, PR, and Design teams

    to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Coordinate with

    external agencies, vendors, and influencers

    for digital collaborations.
  • Maintain structured workflows and cross-team communication for seamless execution.

Proficiency or familiarity with:

  • Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager

Prerequisites
