Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer who will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and social media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in driving ROI-focused campaigns and a deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.


• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.


• Monitor daily budget caps, bid strategy, and overall performance to achieve KPIs including CTR, CPC, and ROAS.


• Develop ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions in collaboration with design and marketing teams.


• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.


• Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.


• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine updates, and innovations in paid advertising.

Required Skills

• 2 4 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable results.


• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping) and Meta Ads.


• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other B2B advertising platforms.


• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to align PPC and organic efforts.


• Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
