Performance & Business Management Lead, Director

People planning, including capability development, engagement, and communications, will be integral to your role, along with reviewing relevant Management Information (MI) and providing data analysis. Financial and headcount reporting responsibilities will include overseeing monthly cost report checking, forecasting, budget setting, and cost control initiatives. You will also lead and drive organizational and business-wide planning and execution cadence concerning Business Goals, Big 5s, Shared Service Leadership Team Actions, and Succession Plans. To excel in this role with direct line management for senior team members, you should have significant experience in leadership support or business management roles. A comprehensive understanding of the customer business and its interaction with our organization is essential. You should possess a strong track record of working on multiple business initiatives, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to leverage information to develop creative solutions that deliver tangible value.
