Performance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Analyst to join our team The Performance Analyst would be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, assess operational efficiency, and recommend areas for improvement The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working with large datasets Mission Develop maintain, and optimize performance dashboards and reports Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend solutions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders Assist in the development of performance improvement strategies Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, structured, and unstructured datasets Proficiency in Python or R for analysis, scripting, and modeling Proficiency in data visualization tools (eg, Power BI, Tableau) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Orange Intl Ntwk Infr & Svcs
