Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer / Ads Manager who can run high-performance campaigns across global markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in selling digital products, online services and physical products through paid advertising and understands what drives conversions across different customer segments.

About the Role

You will manage performance-driven campaigns for a variety of offerings, including:

  • Digital Products: software tools, web hosting, SaaS, subscriptions, online utilities
  • Services: managed hosting, cloud services, consulting, support services
  • Physical Products: IT equipment, accessories, electronics and other consumer products

Your role will be to scale sales across local and international markets through strategic targeting, creative optimisation and continuous performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and manage paid ad campaigns on:

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing/MSN), LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube and additional performance networks.

  • Promote digital products, online services and physical products across global audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, segmentation and competitor analysis.
  • Develop engaging ad copy, creatives, CTAs and landing page optimisation recommendations.
  • Optimise campaigns for conversions, ROAS and cost efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain tracking—pixels, UTM parameters, analytics, conversion events.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates and global market shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing with strong performance advertising skills.
  • Experience selling digital products, online services and physical products.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Experience in running campaigns for international markets.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking and optimisation.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, web hosting, cloud services or IT/tech products.
  • Google, Meta or LinkedIn advertising certifications.
  • Experience in conversion optimisation and landing page strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
