Peoplesoft Techno-functional

As a PeopleSoft Techno/Functional Analyst, your role will involve analyzing and assessing the impact of functional requirements and providing technical solutions. You will be responsible for building technical solutions, performing technical reviews, functional testing, SIT execution, and UAT support for enhancements. Your creativity and ability to provide simple solutions will be crucial as you collaborate with the Client and technical team, ensuring clear and structured documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and assess the impact of functional requirements - Provide technical solutions and perform technical reviews - Conduct functional testing, SIT execution, and UAT support for enhancements - Look for creative and simple solutions to share with the Client and technical team - Provide clear and structured documentation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related domain or equivalent experience - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft enhancement projects - Knowledge of Agile Development (Scrum) principles and methodologies - Optimistic, analytical, assertive, customer- and solution-oriented - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Learning attitude - Good knowledge of English (both oral and written) Additional Company Details: - You must have experience with the following technologies or be able to acquire them within a reasonable timeframe: - PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM module with a 30-40% functional and 60-70% technical knowledge - Hands-on skills in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Excel2CI, Integration Broker, Inbound-outbound interface development - Oracle: Very good understanding of SQL and ability to review and interpret SQLs with respect to functional requirements - Interfacing via web services (SOAP and REST for inbound & outbound) - Critical tools include PSFT, TOAD or PLSQL Developer, Oracle PLSQL, Notepad++, FileZila, SOAP UI or POSTMAN, PSFT Trace Viewer, Application Designer + Data Mover, MS Office, Confluence, Jira - Critical soft skills required: - Understand the functional design document - Technical communication - Written documentation - Produce technical documents - Interact with team members - Quickly jump into existing development even if not documented.
