Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HRMS professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HRMS solutions, with a strong focus on HR processes and system optimization. Responsibilities Implement and configure PeopleSoft HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HRMS applications. Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Conduct system testing and user training to ensure effective use of the PeopleSoft HRMS. Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides. Stay updated with PeopleSoft HRMS updates and best practices. Skills and Qualifications 7-12 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS implementation and support. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. Proficiency in PeopleSoft application tools, including PeopleTools and PeopleCode. Experience with SQL and database management. Knowledge of HR regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
