Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Peoplesoft Functional Professional with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Peoplesoft functional consulting and implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Peoplesoft solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions using Peoplesoft tools.
Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Peoplesoft implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation of solution designs and technical specifications.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HR.
Experience in designing and implementing Peoplesoft solutions for clients.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
