People Technology Lead

In this role, you will partner with various levels of People team members and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintaining a systems orientation, setting technology priorities, and conducting long-term planning. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning, Succession, PMGM. - Lead full lifecycle implementations of Compensation planning in a complex environment. - Demonstrate functional expertise in at least two modules: Comp Planning, Succession, PMGM, and Stories. - Understand the current environment, advise on strategic and tactical roadmaps, and propose suitable solutions. - Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SuccessFactors products, and deliver work products. - Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Utilize agile tools like Jira and Confluence. - Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and showcase strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Possess SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation Planning. - Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications Required: - SAP SuccessFactors Certification: Associate or Professional Certification (multiple modules), preferably Compensation Planning, PMGM, Succession. - Led 4 - 6+ medium to large-scale project implementations.
