Entry-Level People Operations Associate


Responsibilities

  • Support new hire onboarding, including document collection and induction.
  • Maintain

    HR databases

    and employee records.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Help organize team events, employee feedback surveys, and engagement activities.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in
