Job Description

As a People Manager - Performance & Talent at our client's organization, your role will involve strengthening the HR team with a focus on Performance Management and Recruitment within the technology sector. You will play a crucial part in leading key aspects of the talent strategy, partnering with business leaders to drive an inclusive, high-performance culture, and ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Performance Management** - Design, implement, and enhance global performance management frameworks. - Drive the adoption of fair, transparent, and consistent performance review processes globally. - Collaborate with leadership to establish clear goal-setting, feedback, and career progression mechanisms. - Offer guidance and coaching to managers on performance conversations and development planning. - Utilize data and analytics to track performance trends, engagement levels, and program effectiveness. - Lead change management initiatives to facilitate seamless adoption of people programs across diverse cultures and regions. - **Recruitment** - Develop and oversee the end-to-end recruitment strategy for organization-wide roles in alignment with business needs. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles. - Ensure an inclusive and equitable recruitment process, delivering excellence in recruitment while understanding team needs. - Establish strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing, employer branding, and partnerships. - Monitor and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) to drive continuous improvements. **Requirements:** - **Qualification & Experience:** - Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field. - 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment. - Demonstrated success in designing and scaling performance management frameworks across teams. - Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and the ability to hire across diverse markets. - Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making. - Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment. - Passion for building high-performing teams, willingness to work in ambiguity, and embracing the use of technology in practice.,
