Job Description

As a leader in the People & Culture team of Sanofi's Southeast Asia and India division, your primary focus will be to drive the implementation of the One Sanofi People Strategy, aligning with the company's short- and long-term goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the strategic direction and objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the People & Culture function for India, managing all P&C strategies and operations at the country level. - Ensure the successful implementation of the One P&C agenda and drive cultural change within the organization. - Address local P&C matters and contribute to the overall market perspective. - Provide P&C support to employees and line managers, offering insights on workforce planning. - Offer leadership coaching and serve as an advisor for key role escalations. - Manage the personnel budget for the country and support talent strategy execution. - Collaborate with leaders and Talent Acquisition CoE on senior leadership recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. - Offer expertise on HR management and people-related matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with exposure to international environments considered advantageous. - Possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities to foster relationships across all levels. - Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in making data-driven decisions. - Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Leadership experience in HR management, particularly in an Indian setting and with multinational companies. - Business-oriented mindset with experience in driving complex business transformations. - Proven track record in change management and effective stakeholder engagement.
