People Consulting - WFM - Manager

Role Overview: At EY, as a People Consulting (PC), Work Force Management (WFM) Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the global workforce in a fast-changing environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients to align their HR function with organizational plans while focusing on enhancing employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the firm's growth by successfully delivering project engagements, leading client working sessions, providing expertise in the knowledge area, supporting sales and business development pursuits, and assisting in framing extension and project expansion work. - Focus on meeting client expectations and identify opportunities for further relationship expansion. - Serve in various roles such as Engagement Manager, Application Architect, Process & Best Practice Consultant, and Application Consultant. - When acting as an Application Consultant, be responsible for participating in full life cycle activities, ensuring product design meets business requirements, serving as a Functional or Technical lead, collaborating with Process Specialists, advising project delivery teams, and more. - When performing the role of Process / Best Practice Consultant, facilitate end-state visioning sessions, ensure quality delivery, manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting. - Act as a counsellor and coach, define goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team learning and development. Qualifications Required: - 12 - 16 years of experience - Masters degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA - Experience in consulting environment on global client projects related to time & attendance, workforce management transformation, and shared services advisory. - Experience in team management and providing guidance on client projects related to workforce management processes and systems. - Ideally, experience leading Workforce Management project work streams, project management experience, FPC, CPP, or PMP certification, and working with a Big 4 consulting firm.
