Within this ecosystem StoriWorks serves as the campaign and communication strategy team, designing narratives, campaigns and experiences that move ideas from insight to influence. We are looking for a Senior Consultant who can translate complex transformation topics into clear engaging and sector relevant communication.
Focus Areas
- Translate complex consulting and transformation programs into cohesive campaign narratives that drive clarity, alignment and engagement.
- Shape cohesive communication systems spanning message architecture, visual playbooks, and strategic scripting for leaders and teams.
- Partner with consulting teams to translate strategic intent and technical depth into narratives that inspire understanding and action.
- Support the design of immersive communication journeys learning pathways and enterprise engagement forums.

- Collaborate with internal design, research, and experience teams to test formats across sectors and geographies.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-8 years in strategic communication, campaign design or content strategy within consulting enterprise, marketing, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong command of business storytelling, insight synthesis, and narrative framing.
- Exposure to transformation, innovation, or technology driven programs. Ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, & delivery.
- Master s degree in business, communication, marketing, organizational psychology or a related discipline.
- Portfolio of impactful campaigns and communication tools for enterprise audiences.
Skills & Competencies
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, data, and automation and their impact on workforce transformation.
- Strong business understanding and ability to contextualise communication across sectors such as financial services, energy, government, healthcare, and consumer.
- Exposure to behavioural design, GTM messaging, detailed campaigns, and experience communication.
- Understanding of learning, culture, and change initiatives within enterprise settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and co-creation mindset.
- Adaptive, curious, and comfortable working in cross-disciplinary fast evolving environments.
Recommended know-how of the following tools
- Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Figma for rapid prototyping
- Miro or MURAL for team collaboration
Familiarity with emerging AI, visualisation tools, and learning design will be an advantage. Certifications in storytelling behavioural design or change communication are a plus.
Good to have Certifications and Learning Paths
- Certifications in Human-Cantered Design, Storytelling for Influence or Behavioural Design.
- Design Thinking
- Exposure to digital marketing, innovative storytelling, or experience design.
