As a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation at EY- GDS India People Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation initiatives within the People Consulting team. Your focus will be on analyzing current business processes, creating strategic plans for improvement, and building relationships with clients to ensure their objectives are met. Your expertise in HR Transformation will be instrumental in shaping the future of shared services and GBS/GCC operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement and develop strategic plans for transformation - Prepare a compelling business case outlining financial feasibility and benefits of the GCC/SSC model, including cost-saving projections and efficiency gains - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure the effectiveness of shared services and GBS/GCC operations - Demonstrate functional knowledge and expertise in Core HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, and ServiceNow - Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and objectives are achieved - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives in alignment with business goals - Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating change management and supporting decision-making - Utilize hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis, such as FTE analysis and SLA monitoring - Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the transformation strategy **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably in multinational organizations - Master's degree in HR or full-time MBA in HR - Experience in a consulting environment - Professional certifications in HR or project management are beneficial At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring projects and receive support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues.
