You’ll demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion, and be committed to delivering great experiences for our people. A flexible, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to support across the team will be key to your success.

You’ll have at least three years’ experience in an HR advisory role, along with a relevant tertiary qualification.

This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be based in Napier.

The annual salary package for this role is between $96,800-$107,500 (including KiwiSaver), with the final offer depending on your skills and experience.
