Position Overview:

PEMB Estimators

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with PEMB departments:

  XDA, CAD, TEKLA & Design

• Review and understand customer documents (Architectural & Structural drawings) for quotation preparation
• Apply thorough knowledge of

  AISC standards

  related to US projects
• Use

  Tekla

  and

  AutoCAD

  for design interpretation, timeline calculation, and estimation
• Strong understanding of

  PEMB terminology

  , framing, cold-formed sections, and sheeting
• Break down and allocate work hours accurately based on complexity
• Preferred knowledge of

  MBS

  and

  XDA

  tools
• Prepare and maintain project reports using

  MS Office

• Ensure precise, timely, and client-aligned estimations

Required Skills:

• Expertise in PEMB detailing & design
• Strong software knowledge:

  Tekla, AutoCAD

  , (MBS & XDA preferred)
• Ability to read & interpret architectural/structural documents
• Sound understanding of PEMB components and US standards
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Education:

• B.Tech (or) M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Work Experience:

• Minimum

  5+ years

  in PEMB estimation
