Job Description

Role Overview: You have 3 plus years of experience as a practicing SSA for multiple accounts and a total of 5 plus years of experience in Pega. Your role involves strong stakeholder management, with at least 1 plus years of work experience in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US. You are expected to have experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Pega upgrades, application migration, and DB migration - Have good knowledge of all rule types such as UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities - Utilize debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI - Collaborate with other teams to solve cross-functional challenges - Participate actively in the requirements, design, and construction phases to lead to success Qualifications Required: - Certified SSA with a strong understanding of Pega - Working knowledge of Pega Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, and Performance Monitoring - Knowledge of SQL using Oracle - Experience in rules management and associated tools - Familiarity with export and import tools, skimming, and bulk processing tools Additional Details: The company values collaboration and actively involves employees in problem-solving across different teams.
