Job Title: PEGA Architect Location: Kolkata, Hybrid India Experience: 8+ years in PEGA Development Certifications: CLSA certification is Mandatory About the Role We are seeking talented PEGA Developers with 8+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. Roles and Responsibilities Serve as the Technical Design Authority for Pega solutions. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, products, and trends. Ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals. Identify and quantify the scope and impact of business requirements. Communicate solution options to stakeholders. Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs. Align with enterprise technology standards. Provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps. Own requirement and solution definition artifacts. Facilitate open communication and decision-making. Mentor and support Development and Business Architect teams. Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments. Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions. Research and recommend industry best practices. Forecast and plan resource requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent knowledge and experience in Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design. Strong knowledge of various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types. Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects.
