Roles & Responsibilities Use proven communication skills to collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements. Need to possess excellent skills to Identify and drive process optimization and process streamlining for client Business processes. Excellent knowledge and experience on Pega Enterprise class structure design and application profiling. Strong knowledge on various Pega concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Job schedulers, Queue Processors and Ruleset Management. Configure deployment pipeline to automate Pega deployment and ability to plan and lead Pega production deployment. Coordinate and manage installation and upgrade of Pega in on-premise environment. As a PEGA Manager specializing in running the business (RTB), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the support operations for PEGA-based applications at Owens & Minor.
