Graphic Designer

Graphics Designer Overview: We are looking for a Graphics Designer to create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic and experience with brand storytelling through engaging graphics, illustrations, and animations. This role will work closely with the marketing and web teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize creative elements for lead generation and engagement. Commitment : Design 4-6 visual assets per week for website, social media, and paid ads. Support event marketing by creating branded presentations, banners, and digital assets. Maintain and evolve PeopleSocials brand style guide across all marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Digital Asset Creation: Design graphics for social media, website banners, infographics, blog posts, and landing pages. Ad Creative Development: Design visual elements for LinkedIn, Google, and display advertising campaigns. Presentation & Collateral Design: Create polished sales decks, ebooks, and event marketing materials. Brand Management: Ensure visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints. Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Optional): Enhance digital storytelling with animated graphics and video snippets. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, brand storytelling, or digital marketing design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Experience designing for B2B social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Webflow for UI/UX enhancements. Motion design experience with Adobe After Effects or Canva Animation. Understanding of conversion-optimized design principles for landing pages and ads. Prior experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or Employee Advocacy-related brands.
