Role Overview

We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to handle Meta and Google Ads end-to-end for two brands — Vitagoli (D2C wellness) and Magicine Pharma (healthcare).

This role is for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with clear ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads • ManageGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube as needed)• Handle audience targeting, creatives coordination, and budget pacing• Optimize for ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversions• Work closely with content, design, and CRM teams• Track performance and share clear insightsWhat We’re Looking For•1.5 to 2 years hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads handled D2C brands• Strong understanding of funnels and performance metrics• Analytical, curious, and ownership-driven• Comfortable handling both brand-led and performance-led campaignsWhy You’ll Like It Here• Work on two high-impact brands• Freedom to test and scale• Direct exposure to decision-makers• Hybrid work flexibility
