Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Training Programs Strategizing and Planning Training Programs The Deputy Director will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to identify faculty training needs across diverse academic disciplines, including engineering, medical, and paramedical fields. He/She will design and implement customized training programs tailored to varying levels of experience, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in enhancing teaching quality. Monitoring and Evaluating Performance The Deputy Director will conduct comprehensive training analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of faculty development initiatives using feedback, performance metrics, and impact assessments.
